My education, professional development, experience, and drive for continuous learning allow me to bridge the gap between you and your accountant. This allows you and your accountant to get your jobs done. I am a valuable support person for your business.

I have my Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree through the CGA/Laurentian University partnership program focusing on accounting. After earning my undergraduate degree, I left the CGA program, in good standing, in order to start my bookkeeping company and put my education to work. Fast forward to today – I am running a successful home based business and developing strong working relationships with my clients.

Lifelong learning is important to me. I am constantly taking courses, doing research, watching videos, listening to podcasts, and reading anything that will add to my arsenal of knowledge. All this to stay on top of industry news, best practices, and technology to help me serve you better. Additionally, as a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Desktop, Online, and Online Advanced, I provide remote training and support to help you proceed with your bookkeeping with confidence.

I am a believer in the power of current technologies and business automation. I help clients streamline and automate the tedious parts of bookkeeping. The amount of time that can be saved by setting up a few key automations and smart systems is wonderful!

My focus on using smart, modern technology has led me to QuickBooks Online (QBO). With the remote assistance I provide, QBO, in my opinion, is the best small business bookkeeping program when you weigh convenience, quality and cost. Many third party apps can be attached to QBO making it easily customized to suit any client.

The most important part of my job is understanding your needs. Combining your needs with my knowledge of bookkeeping, business structure, and industry, I create practical, strategic systems that work for you!
